We have developed standardized “plug-and-play” modules for different pieces of equipment. The modules are designed so they each have their own wiring, controls, etc. and they all fit together with predesigned mating points. At the quotation phase together with you, we choose which individual modules make your customized finishing end at your factory. This is only possible after 30 years of developing such equipment and combining all the knowledge accumulated during that time.
Each module has its own “Machine Card” which contains equipment specifications - design, PLC programming, spare and wear parts identified and priced, and service and maintenance manuals.
