Automated handling is a must in facilities where number of product articles and the volumes are big. Automated handling operations result many advantages, the most important of which are efficient processes, reduction in errors, real time information and accuracy in deliveries.
The logistic system integrates production processes to for example order picking and/or warehousing with conveyor systems. Pesmel solutions include all the most common piece goods transporting equipment, such as pallet conveyors for empty and full pallets, conveyors for boxes, tyres, envelopes and other small piece goods as well as heavy industry conveyors. We can supply conveyor systems for products ranging in mass from 100 grams up to 30 metric tons.
Besides moving the products between processes, the products can be handled in various ways; stacked/destacked, palletized and packed, sorted and buffered for loading. The features of logistic systems, the required equipment and control system are designed according to each customer needs.
